With a background in Psychology, Theo focused on developing his understanding of behavioural research methodologies and their use in market research. He now uses these expertise daily by leading Lumen’s research operations team to ensure the smooth running of projects from start to finish ensuring clients get the most out of their projects with Lumen. As the first employee at Lumen, Theo has built and continues to develop and manage Lumen’s processes.
